Mr. Amr Ahmed
Chairman
Mr. Amr Ahmed is the Chief Executive of Pak-Arab Pipeline Company (PAPCO) with an additional charge of Managing Director, Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO). His areas of expertise include LNG, Downstream Oil, gas & power: Project development, project execution, business development, operations. He has extensive experience in the oil, gas and energy industry and has worked with Mubadala Investment Co., UAE, Siemens Energy, Shell Pakistan, National Power, UK and Engro. He holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, USA and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Hull, UK.
Mr. Khalid Muzaffar

Mr. Khalid Muzaffar is holding MSc degree in Petroleum geology from University of Karachi in 1995. He worked in top reservoir evaluation labs for the last 28 years like Core Labs, Wratherford labs / Stratum Reservoir. Prior to joining PERAC, he was working as Director Operations with Core Lab Pakistan Limited, a franchise of CLSBV Netherland. He has numerous training/courses in Sales and marketing, business development and operational management in USA and UAE. He served as a focal point for various projects with major E & P companies in Middle East and Pakistan like Saudi Aranco, ADNOC, ENOC, Dubai Petroleum, MOL ,BP, ENI, OGDCL, PPL and MPCL. During his 28 years of professional experience, he served in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kazakhstan and Pakistan.
Mr. Zeeshan Taj Khan

Mr. Zeshan Taj Khan is the Chief Human Resource Officer at Pak Arab Refinery Limited – the largest refinery in Pakistan. As the CHRO he looks after various entities which include PARCO Pearl Gas (Private) Limited (PPGL) and Pak-Arab Pipeline Company Limited (PAPCO). Mr. Zeshan is an Honours graduate from University of Manchester, United Kingdom in addition to his degree in Economics. Zeshan is a fellow with the Institute of Managers & Leaders (Australia), Certified Professional with the Australian HR institute & Chartered Professional with CIPD (UK). Zeshan has over 15 years of HR & leadership experience of developing robust programs for transformational change. Prior to joining PARCO, he was the Vice President HR, Admin and Marcom at Engro Energy Limited and associated companies. Earlier, Mr. Zeshan has accumulated diverse local & international expertise in Sales, Marketing & Supply chain before taking leadership HR assignment at ICI. Subsequent to ICI Pakistan, Mr. Zeshan led Human Resources for his sub region across three countries at Pfizer. Mr. Zeshan is a forward-thinker who believes that corporate sector must focus on deploying inclusive businesses that focus on human and environmental well-being.
Mr. Zafar Iqbal

Mr. Iqbal has over 25 years diversified experience in Finance, accounting, taxation, commercial, general management, government relations, etc with some of the world’s largest multinational companies in the mining & energy sectors. Currently, working as a Deputy General Manager, Finance in PARCO, he is a qualified chartered accountant and corporate company secretary from Pakistan as well as a chartered professional accountant from Canada.
Mr. Umair Asghar Meer

Mr. Umair Asghar Meer holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Vienna University (WU) and Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from University of Engineering & Technology Lahore. He has also attended IMD Switzerland for Power 2 Manager Diploma program. He Joined PARCO in 2022. He brings with him an enriched and diversified experience of more than 25 years having worked in top ranking companies at senior level including OMV Austria, OMV Petrom Romania, OMV New Zealand, Shell and Engro.
Mr. Zafar Hashmi

Mr. Syed Zafar Hashmi is a Master in Business Administration (MBA) Finance brings in more than 30 years of experience in carrying out an independent appraisal of the effectiveness of the policies, procedures and standards by which an organization’s financial, physical and information resources are managed. He has worked in various large organizations and due to diversified exposure in a focused area, he has developed expertise to handle all matters related to accounting. He has held senior finance positions in the field of Accounts and Finance within private and public sectors organizations within Pakistan. He brings with him 30 years of experience in the areas of Accounts, Audit, and supply chain.
